About Soleiman

I first became interested in family law when I clerked for the Honorable Holly J. Ford in 2006. After observing dozens of hearings every day and learning from the best attorneys in Philadelphia with feedback from the Judge, I quickly adapted some of the legal strategies and trial techniques to be my own. I seek to obtain fair and equitable outcomes for my clients in family court as I believe it is important to represent the under-represented. I am most passionate about resolving matters amicably and expeditiously with the best results. I have an LLM in Taxation and Estate Planning from Temple Law School and have drafted numerous Last Wills, Powers of Attorney and Medical Directives. I also establish Trusts and Probate Estates for individuals. I am licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. I have been honored with Super Lawyer awards in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for several years and selected as a Top 40 Under 40 years old in Family Law in Pennsylvania for multiple years. I also lecture to attorneys in continued legal education courses on several family law and estate planning topics regularly.
